qiskit_pytest_helper

Quantum test helpers of the monorepo, on top of python_pytest_helper.

hypothesis_strategies holds the strategies of quantum states and qubit axes, assertions the comparisons with Qiskit's equality, circuits typed circuit helpers, propagation the simulation of phase propagators, and constants shared bounds.
